Danny confessed to Ash. He can't confess to one that he doesn't remember. Embry’s theory is that he was copycatting - for what reason, I don't know, and Embry doesn't seem to, either.

Everyone keeps "finding" Cas' culprit, now it's copycatting. Hawk mentioned something about Cas' murder pointing to em, but mostly he's kept to himself. Does Embry have any real anything besides all this conjecture?

( Seriously, this is not the time. Give him hard facts, fine, he will consider them, but mostly continue to try to help the guy. )

[ With a long sigh. If he was frustrated last round, it's even worse now, with the clock ticking and the threat of the dolls, and the drastic measures that might occur to finish this. ]

Yeah, I think, we're playing the game hard. Not right, not wrong. Just hard. Misty fights for her girls. Everyone came to me about Cas and I pushed hard round 1. Got turned around in round 2, but everyone knew who I was connected to. Feel like Harry's everywhere, but behind the scenes, except for all his findings, and Wei's a dark horse. Came up from behind and made a big accusation. We also all believed or accused someone it... probably isn't. Devon. Armand. Faith. ... Harry's like you, who knows who he's after.

I was close to an accusation last round. Harry was going to do it, though. He insisted. To protect me.

[ He didn't need it, and he didn't know why, then, Harry, like Tim, wanted to be useful more than anything. They're after nothing more than an end to the violence. ]

The person he was going to accuse said he had an alibi, so we dropped it. But only a few people know he was getting ready at all. If it was a taunt for false claims, they'd have to know what he was about to do.

Was Wei defending someone from something?

My claim for Armand wasn't false in my eyes. My vote for Devon was based on a lie. Misty's. And we all know who Misty was gunning for and who she was protecting.

I have no idea. I know he's new, like your friend. I don't know who he'd be protecting.

Maybe you're all being taunted because you're close. Not Armand, but one of his friends. One of Devon's friends. Faith's.

That would be Buffy, one of the teens. Any of the other vampires.

( He narrows his eyes. )

People didn't take Buffy seriously because she and August accused one another one after the other. But, Buffy does have the strength to lob a head right off, or bisect Homelander. Any of the other magic teens could conjure fire. ... And we all know what the vampires can do.

I'd say she's worth revisiting, but she pissed off the alpha and she's still alive. He could have thinned the herd then, if he wanted to.

She also doesn't know she's a wolf and still could have pissed off the alpha or whatever wolf spirit possessed her feed.
