( As fun as dry-humping, and everything else they've done, don't think Dean hasn't contemplated taking things to the next level. If it was with anyone (before anyone else), it would be with Cas. He's thought about it, about the mechanics of how it would work. He knows the basics (does he?) but not what really happens or how. With Cas on top like this, he feels along for the ride, happy to go with Cas' flow.
